Hemp basics and product terms
Delta what? Hemp has many variations, don't worry we've broken it down for you!
Delta 9 THC is a cannabinoid that can be intoxicating. This is the main psychoactive compound in cannabis, it’s what causes the classic “high.” When it’s derived from hemp and under 0.3% by dry weight, it’s federally legal and delivers stronger effects than Delta 8. It is commonly used in gummies, chocolates, taffy, and other edibles.
HHC (Hexahydrocannabinol) is a hydrogenated form of THC. It offers a smooth, uplifting experience somewhere between Delta 8 and Delta 9. It’s known for feeling clear-headed and long-lasting without being overpowering.
CBD (short for cannabidiol) is a non-psychoactive compound found in hemp. It won’t get you high, but many people use it to help with stress, sleep, mood, and mild discomfort. All of our CBD products are hemp-derived and lab-tested for quality.
Delta 8 is a hemp-derived form of THC that delivers a mild, relaxing high. It’s smoother and less intense than Delta 9, making it a popular choice for those new to THC or looking for a more laid-back vibe.
This means the active ingredients like Delta 8, Delta 9, HHC, or CBD are carefully blended into the product during manufacturing for consistent potency and quality, never just sprayed on the surface. It helps keep serving sizes consistent, and you are less likely to notice a "weed" aftertaste with this method.
Pet formulas usually focus on simpler ingredients and weight based serving guides. Human products may include ingredients that are not ideal for pets. For dogs, use a pet specific product and follow the serving chart.
Delta 9 and HHC are most likely to give you that deep, full-body high, especially in edibles. Delta 8 can also cause body relaxation but is usually lighter and more functional. CBD won’t give a body high, just subtle calm or relief.
No, CBD does not get you high. It’s non-psychoactive, meaning it won’t cause a buzz or euphoric effects. Most people feel calm or relaxed, but never intoxicated. Since it is a hemp product, it will show up on a drug test.
Edible timing, serving, and what to expect
Learn about how much to take and what to expect when you enjoy one of our edibles.
Most people feel edibles in about 45 to 60 minutes. Some fast absorbing options, like certain hard candies, can feel closer to 30 minutes. Eating a full meal first can slow onset. Expect effects to last around 4-6 hours.
Many people feel edible effects for several hours. The strongest part is usually in the middle. Your serving size and tolerance change the timeline.
Not automatically. The milligrams matter more than the format. A 10mg chocolate and a 10mg gummy are the same dose.
People often describe it as euphoric, social, and relaxed at lower servings. Higher servings can feel more spacey or heavy. Your setting matters a lot.
If you are new, many people start around 5 to 10mg. Wait at least 2 hours before taking more. If you already know your comfort zone, stick with a serving you have handled well before.
Some people feel sleepy, especially at higher servings. Others feel calm but still alert. Try it on a low stakes night first and preferably at home in case you do get tired.
Yes. Heat, moisture, and sunlight can ruin texture and freshness. Store them sealed in a cool, dry place.
We have a blog page called Treat Talk. There you can learn more about cannabinoids, legality, hemp news, and fun local events! We usually post all throughout the month. If you want to see a specific topic covered, feel free to contact us with your ideas!
Legality
The hemp industry is rapidly changing, and what was once illegal is now legal depending on each state
Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, Delta THC products are federally legal if they contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight. All of our products use hemp-derived compounds and meet this requirement. However, legality does depend on the state you are in. Laws can change, so it’s smart to check current local rules before you buy or travel.
Travel rules are complicated. Check TSA guidance, your airline policy, and the laws at both your departure and destination. If you are unsure, do not travel with it.
Edibles with THC, including Delta 8, Delta 9, and HHC, can trigger a positive test for THC metabolites. If you are subject to testing, it’s safest to avoid THC products.
Yes, you must be at least 21 to purchase our products. Age verification is required to be on our site.
All our hemp-derived items contain below 0.3% Delta‑9 THC, making them federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Some states regulate specific cannabinoids, so we track state laws to ensure compliance.

Lab Testing and Quality Assurance
Each batch is tested by a third party so you know exactly what you are getting.
A certificate of analysis means that each and every product batch is tested by an independent, third party lab to guarantee accuracy and transparency.
COAs also known as Certificate of Analysis can be found at the bottom of every product description, and we also have a page dedicated to the whole list of COAs.
We test every batch of product before it goes to market to ensure safety, potency, and compliance with federal and state laws.
Look for cannabinoid potency (Delta 8, Delta 9, CBD levels), absence of harmful contaminants (pesticides, solvents, heavy metals), and confirmation that THC levels are under 0.3% to comply with the law.
